Outcomes

We are extremely proud of the outcomes we achieve, but equally we believe there is always room to learn more as new techniques, training and systems develop. We are constantly reviewing practices, implementing quality based models, latest research and new technologies to ensure we are always at the cutting edge of specialist care delivery. We are currently working towards 1SO 9001.

Collaboration

Effective care can only be delivered in collaboration with a wide variety of highly specialised health professionals, agencies and other organisations at both a local and national level. We pride ourselves on having positive and productive links with leading health experts within our specialist field. This enables us to deliver bespoke solutions to those we care for.

I am impressed by how well the team at Hengoed Park spend time really getting to know clients, their background, interests, experiences, likes and dislikes. They go to great effort to tailor the care and support on this basis.
